Inspection: There will be three days of live preview; Thursday October 4, Friday October 5 and Saturday October 6.  Please contact us to schedule an appointment during those days.

Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 5:00 pm (PT) on Friday October 12, 2012.

Payment Methods: Online credit card payments are accepted.  Wire transfers can be accepted for larger orders.  No cash payments accepted at the auction location.  Cash payments will be accepted at our corporate offices located at 221 Richards Blvd in Sacramento.

Removal: All items must be removed no later than 5:00 pm (PT) on Friday October 26, 2012.  Priority will be given to customers who schedule appointments to pick up their auction winnings.  All winning bidders are strongly encouraged to set a pickup appointment.

Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
