Inspection: There is no live inspection available for storage auctions.  Please bid based on what you see in the pictures and videos.

Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 5:00 pm (PT) on Tuesday October 30, 2012.

Payment Methods: Online credit card payments are accepted.  Those wishing to pay cash much pay at RL Liquidators LLC. offices at 221 Richards Blvd in Sacramento.  No payments are accepted at the facility.

Removal: All items must be removed no later than 5:00 pm (PT) on Wednesday October 31, 2012.  All items must be removed no later than 5:00 pm (PT) on Wednesday October 31, 2012.  Removal times are during normal business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm.  Failure to have the units cleaned out on time will result in forfeiture of all remaining items as well as the security deposit.  Failure to clean out a unit will also result in the winning bidder being banned from future auctions.  Please be aware and bid accordingly.

Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.

A $100 security deposit will be charged on each unit won at the time of invoicing.  The deposit will be returned when the facility has notified RL Liquidators LLC. that the unit has been cleaned out on time and to their satisfaction.  This facility does NOT offer pro-rated rents so the removal deadlines are firm.  Failure to remove all items on time will result in forfeiture of all remaining items, loss of cleaning deposit and loss of bidding privileges at all future auctions.
